    Ingredients

    1. 250g Passata
    2. 1 chopped Red Pepper
    3. 1 chopped Red Chilli
    4. 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
    5. 1 teaspoon Sherry vinegar
    6. Juice of 1/2 Lime

    How to prepare

    step 1 In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth. Season to taste, then serve with ice cubes
